Fabulous experience!! Great food, great wine, with very friendly and attentive staff. What more can you ask for? The short rib paella is must try and if you're a seafood lover you'll enjoy the seafood paella as well. Excellent Sauvignon Blanc and mixed drinks. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to going back

I've been here a few times now and each time the food has been consistently delicious. Ordered papas bravatas, rack of lamb, grilled hanger steak and a couple of drinks. The rack of lamb was fairly small in terms of the size of the rack, but the meat was cooked right on medium rare and juicy. Same with the hanger steak...

This was our first time coming to Solterra for dinner. We sat at the bar, unbeknownst that it was happy hour. My sister got a glass of their Pinot Noir with a Lamb Burger and I got a glass of the Rose with Seafood Paella. Everything was delicious!
